Book a Consultation with the team

We have introduced a new feature to make communication with our Technical and Planning Team easier, faster, and more flexible.

 You can now book a consultation directly from the treatment timeline whenever you have questions about a setup, treatment plan, platform workflow or viewer features. Here’s how it works:

Step 1 | Go to the Treatment Timeline

Open your treatment ID and go to the treatment timeline.

Click on Book a consultation.

You will see the available HeySmile team members and the available languages. Select the person you would like to speak with and click “Check Calendar”.

Choose the available time slot that works best for you.

Book a Consultation_Step 3

Fill in your name, email, phone number, and the HeySmile Treatment ID. You can also add a short comment about what you would like to discuss so we can prepare in advance. Once you are done, click Book.

You will see a confirmation message on the screen.

You will receive a confirmation email with the meeting link.

From this email, you will also have the option to reschedule the appointment if something changes and you need a different time.

The consultation is free, lasts 20 minutes, and is the fastest way to discuss:


  • Virtual setups
  • Treatment strategy
  • Refinements
  • Attachments, IPR, elastics, auxiliaries
  • Platform workflows
  • Setup viewer features and tools

This system is designed to make support more direct, more organized, and easier for everyone.
